WHITECHAPEL: A Process So Familiar

Words by Rahul Menon

One of the most hardworking and loved bands in heavy music is Whitechapel. Initially scheduled to come to Australia for Soundwave 2014, the band then had to pull out in the last minute because of a family member of the band passing away. Now they are coming back to Australia to make up for it, and they're coming along with the massive DevilDriver. I got the opportunity to have a quick chat with guitarist Alex Wade and we discussed whats been happening at the Whitechapel camp and their return to Australian shores.

ACCEPT: Blind Rage Down Under

Words by Mark Snedden

Blood of the Nationsin 2009 they have received very positive critical acclaim, they have been involved in all major metal festivals throughout Europe as well as South America, and they have been embraced by heavy metal fans, both old and new.

We are now fortunate as Australian heavy metal fans to finally have them grace our shores, with Metropolis Touring bringing them out here in November. I was fortunate to spend some time with Wolf Hoffmann, Accept co-founder, guitarist and songwriter to talk all things Accept.
